The Terms and Conditions of Sale mentioned below apply to all offers made on fegofact.com, all registrations executed, all orders placed by the buyer and all agreements concluded between the buyer and Fegofact, in relation to the products and services offered on this website.
a) The artworks put to sale on the website are available in physical form anywhere in the world with the artist and are not in the physical possession of Fegofact.
b) Fegofact is duly authorized by the artists to exercise complete discretion in
a. the representation and descriptions of artworks available for viewing and sale and
b. acceptance or rejection of orders received.
c) The buyer warrants that all the information furnished at the time of registration is true and correct and any change therein is duly updated and intimated to Fegofact on ‘as and when’ basis. Fegofact is entitled to act based on the information provided and seek such further information, clarifications or verifications as it may deem fit for granting registration. Such registration may be suspended or cancelled where Fegofact forms a reasonable view that any of the information provided is inaccurate. However, such registration will be restored immediately on the buyer furnishing information to the satisfaction of Fegofact.
d) All artworks, except traditional artworks, artefacts and prints, posted for sale by artists on the website are supported by an authenticity guarantee from the artist themselves. Since traditional artworks represents a particular culture and are made by local craftsmen to whom such an art passes from generation to generation, any such artwork does not come with an authenticity guarantee. However, to ensure transparency of dealings, the details pertaining to all artworks displayed on fegofact.com specify whether or not they come with an Authenticity Certificate.
e) There may be some difference between a photograph exhibited on the website and the actual work of art. These should be treated as normal variations and no complain shall be entertained in this regard.
f) Fegofact is not obligated to provide any physical preview of the artwork either before or after the sale. However, we may arrange for physical viewing in selected cases especially if the artwork in question is a highly expensive one and the buyer is proximate to our location. Moreover, Fegofact is in no way liable for the condition of the artwork.
g) The information provided during registration or amended at the time of placing the order shall be in the final billing and considered as the shipping address for delivery of the artwork.
h) The paintings that are unframed & un-mounted will be shipped in a rolled format & in protective cylinders (as already mentioned in the shipping condition). Fegofact, however, do not guarantee for the glass in case of paintings shipped with glass frames, though utmost care is taken while packing.
i) In case there is any damage to the artwork in transit, the buyer should not accept the parcel and should notify Fegofact immediately.
j) Artworks received in an unsatisfactory condition by the buyer may be returned to Fegofact (after intimating Fegofact to that effect) within 2-3 working days in an 'as is' condition. In such a case, Fegofact will refund the payment to the buyer and cancel the order. However, the unsatisfactory condition will only be covered for damaged or spoilt condition, and NOT if the buyer changes his mind regarding his choice of purchase.
k) All artwork displayed for sale on the website shall be sold at the price listed on the website.
l) The price quoted for the works of art are inclusive of all taxes. Shipping is free in India. Standard and trusted couriers are used for shipping artworks. However, Fegofact shall require 10-15 working days, after receiving the order for delivery of the artwork.
m) All invoices will be issued by Fegofact based on the registration information provided by the buyer at the time of making the purchase.
n) Fegofact is not liable for any extra charges that may be levied at the final destination of the artwork whether in India or overseas.
o) The buyer has to agree to abide by all the terms and conditions mentioned herein. In particular, the buyer warrants that all information submitted by him at the time of registration is true and accurate and he agrees to pay all costs, charges and other taxes, wherever applicable for the purchases made by him.

q) Disputes, if any, would be subject to Haryana jurisdiction only.
