Shipping Policy

We typically dispatch your products within 5 business days. In case there is an exception, we would keep you informed.

We partner with some of the leading logistic companies in India to ensure that products are delivered to your door step in time and proper condition.

To ensure that your order is delivered to you in a timely manner, we request you to provide complete details of the shipping address including flat number, building number, street name, locality and nearest landmark. Please also ensure that you provide correct PIN Code and contact number.

Once shipped, we will provide you the name of the Courier company and the Air Way Bill number (AWB No). You will be able to track your shipment using this number.

For international customers we offer our services by DHL, UPS, EMS and FedEx. Delivery will be made only after the courier confirm that they can deliver the packet on the given address, All the custom charges if any are to be on account of buyer only. Any Legal requirements in customers of country will be Customers responsibility.

Any country which is / are ban for such activities AOS products have all the rights to cancel the order.

The courier companies return the products to us if they fail to deliver the order to you after multiple attempts. This typically happens if the address provided is incorrect, house is locked at the time of delivery or shipment is not accepted by you. Once returned, we cancel the order and process the refund as per our Refund Policy.
